Don't forget that being an exile is one of the hardest things there is. The ancient Greeks thought that exile was a sort of death. Hold on to your traditions and your faith.

I would like to think that my blog might one day be up to task with the story of my life. It's all I have in the way of history other than verbal stories, to give my kids. One of my friends suggested I start printing out and binding my posts for them. I might just do that. :) Maybe I could commission V. to make me a lovely cover!!

Sounds like a nice plan, Claudia and I'm sure v-grrrl could do something really nice on the cover :)

Gert was printing mine from the start but it became huge stacks of paper within that first year. I was prolific back when I had lots of time while waiting to exist in Belgium so sometimes there would be 7 or 8 posts in a day ...
