Global Voices

The View From Fez site had a link to an interesting site called Global Voices. They describe their goal as seeking to amplify, curate and aggregate the global conversation online - with a focus on countries and communities outside the U.S. and Western Europe. We are committed to developing tools, institutions and relationships that will help all voices everywhere to be heard.

I'm sure it does ... sigh, you made me realise New Zealand was missed, yet again.

Do you think we're not mentioned on account of having such stunningly beautiful countries inhabited by friendly intelligent locals ... perhaps it's 'geo-envy' or something?

New Zealand was left off the 'Google Map of Prejudice'. Peter spotted it http://www.petermoore.net/blog/wordpress/

That can't be right! I've been looking at your flickr pics and you give the impression that not only do you have a daughter, but a grand daughter!? You are too young for that sort of thing! Have I misunderstood?

Hello darling ... darling because you said I looked too young to be a granny. I think I am.

My magnificently mocking Jessica has a daughter called Sahara and they live back home in New Zealand.

Life ... a strange and complicated process sometimes.
