Wise Advice on a Wednesday

When one is feeling a little caged, facing housework and things that don't inspire one ... then one shouldn't wander through websites detailing the big walk through Spain, the Santiago de Compostela.

Walk well Erin and come back full of stories.

Not integrated? I don't know of a more integrated person. I'll vouch for you! Good luck with the red tape ... :(

Is it your red tape holding Jess's red tape up too?

Thank you chiefbiscuit but as is the case in any country, a person is rarely an individual and in Europe I'm just another bloody immigrant.

No Jon, Jessie had to cancel an appointment and etc and now her dates for integration seem to have moved out. The red tape line moved for me Jon, I was in and fine, then a politician decided I had to integrate and backdated us those already in with different rules applying to us. The myth here is that immigrants come here to live on social welfare therefore it is politicians best interests to be seen being forced to make us integrate ...

If I don't go, it's something like 5000euro in fines.

These previous comments are confusing me. But- I've so wanted to walk this route. Even bought the books and hostel guides. . . things just keep getting in the way. Hm. How 'bout that.

Hmmm, how bout that indeed. I'm haunted by the big walk at the moment. I just haven't quite worked out how much it would cost but I'll be glad to get out there one day.

Seems like just the cure for many things.
