I've just realised how much I've got on and how in denial I am.
I had to select one other photograph for the exhibition and then decided to choose 2 more, just in case.
Working with them in photoshop, cropping them to fit the frame, signing them ... hands shaking a little, I realised that maybe I'm just a little bit nervous about the upcoming exhibition opening.
The corporate photo shoot images are about to be burned to cd and mailed. The French war memorial photographs need the last of their work done before being burnt to cd and sent to New Zealand.
I have 2 photo sessions I want to finish work on before Friday and I'm at the NGO tomorrow, then hanging the exhibition prints Wednesday.
I need to return my returned tax return. It was 1 cent wrong and they want me to change it ... so I will.
I have to fill out my business details for a big client's database and mail that away asap too.
There may be a huge website revamp on the cards at work, as well as the blog launch and a newsletter by 8 September.
Just a little bit shaky today.
How's things in your world?
I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. One day we married. These days it's about photography, a little red wine and wandering ... and so the journey goes.

Stressed actually ...

Good God - where do you find the energy for all this? You're right - you really do need a PA. Let me see if Paola's willing to give up her day job in exchange for unlimited pavlova...
I'm busy as well, but it's all stuff around my house, ergo, not so stressful (he says before he tries to seal his sidewalk)
Paola's an angel but I can't see her giving up her day job for the rates I can afford at the moment ... sigh. On the other hand, her wizardry would surely generate a spectacular income fast.
She could immerse me in Italiano all day long. I've loved Lessons 1 and 2 but I guess that's going to get more difficult.
Oh piffle, Van. I've seen your life - it frightens me in terms of what you achieve.
Having holidays is great :)
Is getting bored though :(
When you're half-way into Sept I'm sure your life will return to a calmer, more regular pace Di.
I'm looking forward to the 5th.
Oh, I'm off to Turkey at the end of Sept. Unfortunately, it will be a pool-vacation, but hey, I'm not paying ;-)
Do you think we'll ever have "normal" lives again? Let's hope not!
Love that picture. New with me? Eeek, where's the list!
Ahhh, you'll be studying soon enough, Manic. You've got that art exhibition opening Friday :) Invitation is finally in the post.
Turkey! Sounds lovely Peter, and you know, I could almost do the pool thing at the moment ... almost ;)
Lol, exactly, Ms V :)
I can imagine that you have a few hundred customers clamouring for your beautiful pottery, Gary. And then there's the rest of life :)
