I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. One day we married. These days it's about photography, a little red wine and wandering ... and so the journey goes.
I've been fitting in a few minutes here and there to work on an online course I signed up to and it's been interesting, revealing more than I had initially expected.
An assignment this week was on reflections ...

Thanks, Marianne. There's this incredible mirror thing in the open air sculpture park here in Antwerp. I love playing with it whenever I'm there.
I think the thing that is astounding me about Susannah's course is that the questions and assignments are deceptively simple but I end up learning things I didn't know about me, or things I hadn't put in any order.
