I'm a self-employed freelance photographer, a New Zealander living in Belgium, traveling where the work takes me - Italy, Germany, throughout Belgium, Egypt and Turkey to date. My photographic style ranges across documentary photography, photo-journalism and into portraiture, with a large cross-section of clients. My work has been published in Du magazine, and in a wide variety of international newspapers and magazines, including websites.
I am currently working on location in Berlin as a documentary photographer for ha'atelier, an international Berlin-based platform for philosophy and art. Sometimes you wander into the church just as the light is at a particular angle and slices up the smoke from the workmens fire.

This looks almost like you caught an apparition in the church in this shot. It's wonderful. Sounds like you are having a great visit.
It is, isn't it V. I almost died of delight when I spotted the smoke and light working together in this already stunning work of art.
I was back there again with Mary Lou, Lydia and it was just as magical but in a different way. I don't think I'll get the photographs loaded tonight though ... but soon :)
