I'm just in from the Princes Islands in the Marmara Sea but I need to reply to comments, so here goes ... as another 300 photographs download.
Catherine, I'm so glad you're enjoying Istanbul. This is all about a book we're putting together with friends who live here in the city. The money will hopefully come later, presently where stocking our Istanbul photo library and preparing the first book project.
He seemed like a lovely guy and gestured to us to come over when he noticed us trying to work out which shoe-shine guy to ask to clean shoes for this photography session. He does have a lovely smile, doesn't he Tara.
