I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. One day we married. These days it's about photography, a little red wine and wandering ... and so the journey goes.

"Wandering re-establishes the original harmony which once existed between man and the universe." Anatole France
“What ever our wandering our happiness will always be found within a narrow compass, and in the middle of the objects more immediately within our reach.” - Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton
Jessie's only comment was 'ohmygod, you've still got those shoes??!'
My happiness ... at the moment it all feels tied up in how to buy a Canon EOS 350 body ... oh, it hurts Mark. I want one more than I've ever wanted anything.

Nice quote.

Sigh.
Love the quote wandering woman. I am happiest when I am free to wander and have no ties holding me to a place.
Exactly :)
I'm just temporarily grounded while Belgian immigration messes around with my freedom.
I rest against the support,
Empty,
While I await to fill up,
Let me watch others walk by.
And while I lie here,
For once the world moves by me.
