Gorgeous colors and textures. You've got a FABULOUS eye woman. I'm still learning to think outside of the box. I SO don't want to be like every other photographer. I need some professional advice - when you've only got the midday sun on a cold, crisp Cape Cod day - - any advice on keeping the exposure balanced so it doesn't blow out all the outdoor shots?? HELP - my nerves are kicking in.

Can't you COME with me Saturday? ;)

I would love to come photograph a Cape Cod wedding with you Saturday but you know how it is ... ;)

Hey, a friend who is a professional photographer suggested using the flash as fill-in in conditions like that, to pick up the details of the dress and etc ... Maybe you could fool around, alternately using flash?

I did a wedding recently and spent an hour sussing out the outdoor location in question, having realised the bride wanted midday shots.

So I spent an hour finding a few different locations that provided good light conditions even if the sun was a nightmare ... then the bride changed the outdoor location during the week before the wedding and I couldn't get to the new one to check it out.

But mostly I'm an instinct girl ... driving camera club technicians crazy since 1994 hehehehe.

The great part of being an instinct girl is the fact that having a gut feeling often provides you with a winning edge.

But obviously, I couldn't resist looking for the location of your stunning shot (near the karaoke bar on Grote Markt?)

Lol, yes Peter. You made me smile, I wondered if you would know.

I almost phoned you to complain that I was going crazy in the city alone for some reason but I kept seeing more photographs and was distracted ...
