Gert told me that ... it's a weather depression that forms on the Atlantic and then sneaks into the Channel and from there, can go anywhere ... Belgie, Frankrijk or Holland.

You know, it was one of those composed words I obviously understood, but I failed to see the meaning of.

De Standaard used it today:

they basically don't know it either:

There's another storm expected this afternoon. Winds of 80kms they say, apparently last night's were just 60kms ...
