It's really really cold here but beautiful too ... we've been sitting at around -3 celsius for a few days. Of course, I'm full of the flu and today is the day when we do every last minute thing ... the Christmas tree, the gifts, the food for the big day.

Sorry the flu has paid a holiday visit...Wish I were close by. I'd help with the cooking and the tree and make you laugh--the most important thing of all!

I hope you feel better soon. It is the last day here, too. Today is "little Christmas Eve" I've never figured out that one, but I think it means it's okay to eat the chocolate now.

We have blue skies. I'm only torn about that one day a year.

I'm sorry you're not close by too, v-grrrl. Actually you could have joined us in the hilarity yesterday ... Little Miss 3 told us, very seriously and quite proudly that she 'had issues'.

Jessie was thinking, 'WHAT???'

Meanwhile little Miss 3 was pulling her very own packet of tissues from her trouser pocket ... imagine it :)

I hope I am better soon too, thank you renkat. I'm sure the little Christmas Eve is all about eating chocolate ... anyway, national radio NZ once said that women need one square of it per day for their health. It seems imperative that chocolate is eaten in the days leading up to Christmas.
