How I know I'm not a child anymore ...

I can no longer eat Pineapple Lumps until the bag is empty, that's how I know.

What, you ask?
Pineapple Lumps have been available since 1935. They are unique to New Zealand ... like jandals , Pavlova and the Haka .

I checked out the ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, water, cocoa powder, gelatine, skim milk powder, maltodextrin, pineapple juice concentrate (equivalent 4.5% juice), flavours, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, 492), colour (102). May contain traces of nuts and put the rest of them back in the cupboard.

come on now... anything with 'lumps' in the title should be avoided at all costs!

I love the name of these things! I just googled them up to see what they looked like and they were less lumpy than I expected. :-)

Lol, you know I never 'heard' their name until you guys pointed it out.

When I read or heard the name Pineapple Lumps, I simply envisioned chocolate and pineapple explosions of chewy toffee ... perhaps I can bring you some in Spain Christina. Has Sal organised that yet?
