For the fact that politics keep spilling onto this blog but as a person out in the world, I find the prospect of a McCain/Palin government in America completely appalling and so very dangerous for me, as a citizen of this world.
I would like the world as I know it to continue to exist so that I can wander on ...

ReplyDeletethanks amigo. i'd like to visit the states again one year soon and under the present administration, it's not an appealing homelands security gaunlet to run. if mccain and palin got in, i could only imagine it getting so much worse.

ReplyDeleteEveryone is so on edge with this election. So many emotions running deep. It's very easy to offend friends and family these days. 47 days to go! I was working at our local Democratic office today and a woman who moved here from Wasilla, Alaska walked in the door with a huge white Samoyed. I'd never even HEARD of that place a few weeks ago, and now I'm running into people from there! Crazy. (She moved just before Palin became mayor, but she had stories to tell too.)

Oh and you KNOW how I feel at the possibility of having 4 more years of this idiocy! And even worse if Palin becomes the one heartbeat away person!! I think we all owe it to you to vote against McCain/Palin just so you can come and visit me here in Ohio!! (The state that often determines who is the winner) Unless the Supreme Court makes that decision!! Yea Obama!!!
