I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. One day we married. These days it's about photography, a little red wine and wandering ... and so the journey goes.
that's a gorgeous shot of the hand, really hits some detail this sculptor paid so much attention to, look at the vein in the musician's hand, very cool
You know Di, sometimes I wish my parents had picked a name that doesn't show up all over the planet.
Really, my brothers have given their children the most exotic names you can dream of, but each day I turn my head when someone in a busy Antwerp street calls out "hey, Peter!" - making me very much aware of the fact that this town is packed with "Peter"s :-)

ReplyDeleteAnd dank u wel, Peter. I do believe it was one of the great musicians and he has a sheet of music in his hand.
