I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. Indeed very interesting. I consider myself to be perfectionistic. Yet, I realize that being perfectionistic takes a whole lot of time. Another brilliant quality of mine is being lazy, so I shrugged of some of my perfectionistic behaviour. Now, I'm only perfectionistic for school work, blogging and probably some other things I can't remember now. Thanks for highlighting this very interesting article.

Well ... I related to it and thought I should share. I would ski but for the learning phrase - which completely put me off.
ReplyDeleteI used to ice-skate well, I tried skiing and couldn't do it immediately so stopped and yet, I think I would adore skiing.
I blame the perfectionist lurking inside of me ...
