  1. Well, luv, you know a certain Grrrl could turn this into a longer and *very interesting* series since she has a wee bit of a thing for posing with stone men.

  2. I see ... lol, what can I say, these guys are at grass level and I should post the 'forbidden' list at the entrance to the park ... it's long, although maybe they're not expecting you and your thing for stone men ;)

  3. Well, given that you were wandering through the medieval botanical garden of the Antwerp St Elisabeth hospital, some restrictions apply ;-)

Although this botanical garden is small compared to the one found in major cities, it did provide space for this artwork. As it used to be a swampy piece of lawn next to the fishpond, these stone heads were quite an improvement.

  4. I've been half looking for those gardens since stumbling into them lost one day ... well, I got lost again and found them. It seems key.

Maybe I should use a map next time ...

That stone art is astounding. I was looking the other way and passed it sight unseen, then round by the pond, photographing the lovely pink flowers, I saw them.
