I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. One day we married. These days it's about photography, a little red wine and wandering ... and so the journey goes.

Thanks Peter but there were all kinds of factors and Spanish light is something else. Deep blue skies in December, can you imagine it?
Thanks v-grrrl, glad you like it ... if I had to describe Spain, I think I'd talk about all the shades from pale gold through to deep terracotta ... perfection!

ReplyDeletePerfect shot Di.
This is gorgeous. I love the contrasting blue tones in the upper window and the gold tones below and the way the scene is framed in the arches.
