A Dutch ex-partner of mine had a tendency to compare the ratings of both Belgium and Holland on every scale imaginable : road security, 'tolerance', income, taxes - you name it, he felt the need to stress that he was born in 'that better ranking country'.<BR/><BR/>In the end, it's basically the quality of life as a couple that counts.
