I left New Zealand mid-2003, bound for Istanbul and a new lif. After two years, a Belgian guy lured me into his world, deep in the heart of Europe. For a long time I was an in-process immigrant. This is a great song. However, if you buy the album, as I did, just know you're only doing it to show Pink (or "P!nk", whatever) support for writing it, because the rest of the CD pretty much sucks.
I listened to Alison's copy of Pink on the way to Amsterdam last weekend and she filled me in on some of the stories that went with the songs. I like the one Pink sings with her dad, then again, I'm not sure if it's on the same album.
